Brusnika: No.1 in Developers’ Ratings in 3 Russian Constituencies

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 16, 2019. Brusnika Development topped the ratings in three Russian federal constituencies at once, the company’s press service reports.
According to the press service, Brusnika’s Pervy Kvartal Project topped the rating in Moscow Region; Evropeysky Kvartal, Vidny, and Novin topped the rating in Tyumen, and Novin in Surgut was No.1 housing project in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Region.
Up till now, Brusnika only managed to top the rating in two Russian constituencies simultaneously.
An independent data aggregator carries developers and housing projects’ ratings on a regular basis, using reliable data streamlined along 100+ different criteria relating to the housing quality and the developers’ performance and along 80 different filtering parameters. The final rating is available online with the list of Russia’s top new homes. There are 3,124 developers and 11,139 housing projects in the aggregator’s database.
