Brusnika Gets on Russia’s Top 5 Developers Rating

UrBC, Moscow, October 30, 2019. According to Forbes magazine, Brusnika is among Russia’s top five most reliable housing developers.
‘The company was set up in Tyumen in 2004; in 2015, the HQ moved to Yekaterinburg. Brusnika operates in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Surgut, and Moscow Region. The company’s Director-General Alexei Krukovsky is believed to be the business’s primary owner,’ Forbes says.
The magazine’s rating of the most reliable housing developers is based on the United Developers’ Register’s list of the 100 leading developers with the largest amount of housing commissioned in 2016-2018. dataflat.ru analysts used the data from the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography (Rosreestr) and from the developers’ price lists to come up with the ranking of Russia’s top thirty developers in terms of revenue. The final ranking featured twenty companies whose estate-selling revenues exceeded RUB 50bn in 2016-2018. The said twenty developers were further rated in terms of financial performance, the amount of housing commissioned, business transparency, and other factors.
According to the rating, Brusnika got nearly 685,000 m2 of new housing commissioned in 2016-2018, with RUB 60.6bn in sales revenues.
