OOO FORES Launches Mentor System in Asbest Branch

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 20, 2019. OOO FORES’s Asbest branch recently introduced a mentor system: ten of the company’s employees received their official mentor badges this week, the company’s press service reports.
‘Our Asbest branch has been growing particularly well lately. New people are coming in, including the rather young ones. A more experienced co-worker’s support is always handy when it comes to mastering your new job, putting your skills to practice, overcoming the first workplace challenges, and fitting in. This is why we decided to resort to the old but always relevant mentoring practices,’ the press service quote Head of HR at FORES Ekaterina Druzhinina as saying.
According to the company representatives, mentors get appointed from among reputable and highly skilled workers with a gift for educating others. Mentors will be in charge of newly hired/transferred employees for one to three months.
FORES’s Asbest branch adopted an official mentoring policy a bit earlier, with money premiums for the most successful mentors.
