ChelPipe Group Directs RUB 15m to PNTZ Canteen Renovations

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 27, 2019. The canteen of Pipe-Rolling Department 5 reopened after a series of renovations at ChelPipe Group’s member enterprise Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ), the company’s press service reports.
The Group allocated more than RUB 15m to get the canteen renovated and fitted with modern appliances.
The canteen underwent a major façade repair and now has a new entry; the rooms also got remodeled, with new electric power, water, and heating supply infrastructure in place, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems. New furniture was purchased for the canteen, alongside the kitchen equipment (freezers, a convection steam oven, induction stoves, and ancillary dishwashing appliances).
‘The canteen is big enough to provide meals to some 250 metallurgical workers. These are both workers from Pipe-Rolling Department 5 and other PNTZ divisions. There are hot meals, ready-to-serve items, fresh pastry, and salads on the menu. Special packaged lunch options are available for the workers busy at the plant’s round-the-clock operation departments,’ the press service says.
