ChelPipe Group’s representatives gave a talk on the company’s comprehensive area development and urban improvement projects at RBC’s round table discussion on investing in Russian constituencies and sustainable development; the discussion was part of the 10th Innoprom International Industrial Exhibition in Yekaterinburg, the Group’s press service reports.

Russia’s Industry & Trade Ministry and Economic Development Ministry officials, members of the expert community, and representatives of industrial enterprises all talked about the ways the government and the business could collaborate efficiently so as to implement the key national projects and ensure long-term, sustainable development in areas outside of Moscow and Moscow Region.

GR Director at ChelPipe Group Mikhail Ivanov spoke about the company’s experience of working together with Sverdlovsk Region Government and Pervouralsk Council on urban improvement projects in the towns where the Group runs its member enterprises.

Now ChelPipe Group was the primary driving force behind a large-scale development project for Pervouralsk, which is being implemented as a public-private partnership. In June 2019, a cooperation agreement got signed to design and implement a master plan for a series of urban improvements in Pervouralsk on the basis of Smart City and a range digital solutions.
