DeloBank Becomes Partners With 40,000 SMEs in Russia

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 28, 2019. DeloBank (SKB-Bank-supported service for businesspeople) evolved into a very popular businesspeople-oriented ecosystem within one year of the launch, DeloBank’s press service reports.
The bank now collaborates with over 40,000 small enterprises and sole traders across Russia. Markswebb awarded the service the second prize in the annual Business Internet Banking Rank 2018.
‘The most important positive outcome of DeloBank’s first year on the market is the trust of thousands of businesspeople who became our customers. We are developing a full-fledged ecosystem for businesses and aim for long-term partnerships. This is not about introducing tech solutions and services per se; our primary goal is customer convenience and the ease of using our online banking products,’ says DeloBank’s Director Irina Kuzmina.
The product packages and the service formats were designed with smaller businesses in mind: a typical DeloBank customer’s annual turnover is usually under RUB 20 million. This means it is the business owners themselves who have to take care of accounts and financial transactions, which leaves less time for business management proper. DeloBank makes all the online operations easy and convenient and allows the customer to reduce the time spent administering the accounts: the entire product package is available from a single access point. One account lets you manage both personal and business bank accounts and perform transactions relating to several organizations.
DeloBank’s customers can now use the online accounting and online deposit options, acquiring services, salary account options, 1C integration options, bank guarantees, and legal help. Besides, online cash register service (necessary to meet the Federal Act 54 FZ requirements) will get launched in the nearest future.
