DeloBank Launches Overdraft for Businesses
13 August 2019 (09:20)
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 13, 2019. SKB-Bank’s business branch DeloBank now offers its business customers overdraft lending options. The service is available for small and medium enterprises online, the bank’s press service reports.
‘You can sign up for the option online, using the bank’s preliminary approval that doesn’t require a visit to the actual branch first. The form only takes a few minutes to fill in, and no extra contracts, papers, or certificates are necessary,’ the press service says.
The offer is targeted specifically at SMEs that got set up less than six months ago and have settlement accounts with DeloBank.
The overdraft option is available to companies with a reliable balance and regular contractor payments coming into their accounts. You can use the overdraft option to make a payment even if there’s not enough money in your account at the moment. The account owner can decide for themselves when and how much to borrow through overdraft.
The overdraft amount can be any amount between RUB 10,000 and anything up to 30% of the account balance (but no more than RUB 1m all in all). The annual interest rate is set at 13.5%. The overdraft agreement is valid for a two-year period; there’s no extra charge for the service. The funds get portioned out in thirty-day tranches. The money gets paid back either on a daily basis (if there’s money in your account) or after a thirty-day period (if there’s no money in your account).
