UrBC, Magnitogorsk, November 6, 2018. Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) with its RUR 440bn in last year’s revenues was rated No.5 in Expert Ural 400 Rating this month.

According to MMK’s Information & PR Department, the company did just as well as last year on this rating. This happens to be the highest ranking among all the companies outside of the oil and gas sector.

As for the two national Expert 400 and RBC 500 ratings, MMK was given the 26th and the 27th positions on the country level, respectively.

The rating gets compiled by Expert Analytical Center on the basis of the national Expert 400 rating’s methods and features four hundred largest companies operating in the Urals and Western Siberia, namely, Sverdlovsk Region, Chelyabinsk Region, Kurgan Region, Orenburg Region, Tyumen Region (including Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous Region and Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous Region), Perm Territory, the Republic of Bashkortostan, and the Republic of Udmurtia.
