Ingosstrakh Gets RUR 1bn Worth of Insurance Claims from Nathalie Tours’ Customers

UrBC, Moscow, November 2, 2018. 8,847 applications for insurance compensation (total amount: RUR 1,094,239,588) have been submitted to Ingosstrakh Insurance by Nathalie Tours’ customers as of October 29, 2018.
According to the insurance company’s press service, they have received 8,679 applications stemming from their contract with OOO Panorama Tour (total amount: RUR 1,079,957,784) and 168 applications stemming from their contract with Nathalie Travel Agent’s (total amount: RUR 14,281,803).
‘Ingosstrakh made all the insurance payments due to Panorama Tour’s customers. The compositions were paid in 8,164 cases and were refused in 175 cases; 10 applicants also withdrew their claims on their own,’ the press service says.
The company is now making insurance payments to Nathalie Travel Agent’s customers (total amount: RUR 14,157,587).
