UBRD Wins Motivation Awards 2018

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 26, 2018. The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development (UBRD) won the 5th All-Russian Motivation Awards 2018 Contest in Innovations. The bank presented its General Meeting 2018/LifeUB: The Talk Show Project, the bank’s press service reports.
The contest aims to bring into the limelight the best practices used for personnel motivation and to support the development of advanced personnel management technologies. Only the most progressive and out-of-the-ordinary projects on intangible employe incentives that were implemented by different companies competed in Innovations category. The judges’ panel was impressed by the bank’s innovative approach to the organization of the general meeting and by the sheer scale of the event.
‘The Great Dialogue format is quite unique to the Urals; this is the format that allows us to involve as many employees as possible. We are happy to see this initiative thought of so highly by acknowledged HR and corporate communications experts,’ says UBRD Corporate Development & Personnel Management Director Yuri Voronin.
