UrBC, Yekaterinburg. February 6, 2018. MMK Group’s trade union came up with a continuous professional development report for 2017. Last year, over 4,000 employees took part in various training courses, the company press service reports.
‘Leaders of all levels, from department chairs to members of production site shift meetings, all joined the trade union’s training programs. The training was given by professionals from Chelyabinsk Trade Union Teacher Resource Center and PERSONAL Corporate Personnel Training Center and by the local trade union experts,’ the press service says.
A course on job safety for civic supervision representatives and trade union authorities had the highest number of students last year. 587 workers, selected from MMK divisions to do this duty, covered the seminars selected for them: industrial job safety, the existing governmental regulations in the field, trade unions’ rights to carry out their special job safety audits, paperwork procedures, and learning about both the employer’s and the employee’s job safety responsibilities.
