14 November 2017 (15:50)

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 14, 2017. Rosatom TVEL’s Ural Electrochemical Combine made RUR 17.147bn in sales revenues in January-September 2017, which exceeded the target figures by 9.1%, the company press service reports.

The combine’s sales rose by 18.7% against last year, mostly because of the changes in the type of produce sold and because the planned sales contracts got fulfilled earlier than in the last quarter of the year as before. The price factor was a somewhat less important one.

Produce for the nuclear industry made up over 90% of sales (RUR 15.901bn in the first half of the year alone), sales of non-nuclear industry related goods came to RUR 1.246bn, which was also nearly 2.5 times better than the target figures and 22% more than one year earlier. The combine’s revenues thus increased by RUR 174m against last year’s January through September.

Ural Electrochemical Combine’s net profit exceeded the target figures by RUR 611m and amounted to RUR 4.198m altogether. This was RUR 21m more than in January-September 2016.
