The company did its best to make sure our workers with vocational qualifications could get their college degrees without having to stop working. A higher education is one of the things that lets you get promoted and grow professionally within ChTPZ Group. We are interested in training a new generation of metallurgical engineers and make every effort in this respect,’ says ChTPZ Group’s HR Director Svetlana Kuzminykh.
