Domofond: Yekaterinburg Existing Home Prices Down 1.9%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 17, 2017. The average per-square-meter price went down by 1.9% on Yekaterinburg existing home market in the second quarter of the year compared with one year previously, domofond.ru reports.
The average asking price declined from 70,300 RUR per m2 down to 68,900 RUR per m2.
Still, Yekaterinburg-based homes are still a bit more expensive than the country’s average. The average asking price on the national existing home market also decreased by 0.9%, down to 59,500 RUR per m2, with prices fluctuating within 1.5% range in forty-nine federal constituencies.
