Governor Kuivashev Announces New Boeing Project in Mid-Urals

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 6, 2017. Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuivashev held talks with President of Boeing International Marc Allen, President of Boeing Russia/CIS Sergey Kravchenko, and India’s Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman at Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum 2017.
‘Boeing representatives confirmed once again our plans to work on a second Ural Boeing Manufacturing Plant in our Titanium Valley. Besides, we also intend to work together in the field of education, and I’m positive this project will take off very soon after a brief discussion. More details will be supplied later on,’ Governor of Sverdlovsk Region’s Information Policy Department refers to the Kuivashev as saying.
Marc Allen also helped the Governor for the ‘absolute support of Boeing projects in Sverdlovsk Region’.
According to Kuivashev, the forum proved a very productive opportunity to also discuss Sverdlovsk Region’s cooperation with India.
