ChTPZ Group, Pervouralsk School to Run Training Courses

17 April 2017 (14:14)

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 17, 2017. ChTPZ Group and Pervouralsk Polytechnic School signed an agreement on implementing educational projects together during the 1st Research-to-Practice Dual Education Conference, the Group’s press service reports.

The paper was signed by ChTPZ Group’s Director-General Alexander Grubman and the school’s Director Elena Marchenkova.

Under the terms of this agreement, Pervouralsk Polytechnic School is now part of the Group’s Future of White Metallurgy corporate training program, a dual education project the Group has been running since 2011. Students on the program will be able to access up-to-date educational resources and do their internships at the Group’s member enterprises with mentoring support from experienced and highly qualified workers.

‘The dual model means training programs can get quickly and flexibly adjusted to meet production needs. We currently need multi-functional blue-collar professionals who can work as fitters, welders, electricians, and NC mill programmers. Thanks to this cooperation with the school we can ‘place an order’ for future workers with specific qualifications and design a career path for them at our member enterprises,’ Grubman said.
