ChTPZ Group to Hold Dual Education Conference

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 12, 2017. The 1st All-Russian Research-to-Practice Dual Education Conference will be held at Moscow International Education Show on April 12-14, 2017. The event is coordinated by ChTPZ Group in cooperation with the International Corporate Education Association (MAKO) and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI).
According to the Group’s press service, the conference will gather together companies that have been successfully implementing their dual education projects, government bodies and NGOs representatives, and vocational school teachers. Leading experts in the field are going to look into international dual education experience and the ways to use the best practices in Russia; they’ll also conducer the legal technicalities involved.
‘Dual education, where students are given a chance to get some hands-on experience at the actual plant, is a globally acknowledged cadre-training practice. We keep working to create the best conditions for our students and to improve our programs by focusing on mentoring, module-based learning, and acquisition of practical skills,’ says the Group’s HR Director Svetlana Kuzminykh.
ChTPZ Group has been training its own future workers within the framework of its Future of White Metallurgy Program since the year 2011 and is currently Russia’s No.1 in the dual education field.
