‘Dual education, where students are given a chance to get some hands-on experience at the actual plant, is a globally acknowledged cadre-training practice. We keep working to create the best conditions for our students and to improve our programs by focusing on mentoring, module-based learning, and acquisition of practical skills,’ says the Group’s HR Director Svetlana Kuzminykh.

ChTPZ Group has been training its own future workers within the framework of its Future of White Metallurgy Program since the year 2011 and is currently Russia’s No.1 in the dual education field.
