16 January 2018 (09:29)
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, January 16, 2018. Developers in Yekaterinburg’s Akademicheskiy District are offering their customers ready-to-move-in studio apartments and one-bedroom ones in Preobrazhensky Quarter (prices start from RUR 65,000 per m2), RSG-Akademicheskoye’s press service reports.
Reduced prices hold from January 15 to January 31, 2018.
‘Preobrazhensky Quarter is definitely this season’s favorite. These Comfort apartments in the new part of the district are the best choice for demanding customers who care for extensive infrastructure, security, and a good neighborhood as well as for proximity to parks and open-air recreation opportunities. The Quarter is right next to Preobrazhensky Park (hence the name), which makes this a particularly desirable location,’ the company says.
There are eight apartment buildings with underground parking lots, well-equipped inner yards, and sports playgrounds to choose from. There are schools, a health clinic, a children’s clinic, a post office, a community office, as well as shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The quarter is close to public transport stops and will soon have a kindergarten and a judo club.
