There are eight low-rise apartment buildings with underground parking lots in Preobrazhensky Quarter. The apartments come with the standard developer's finish and overlook a 49.5-hectare park. There’s a kindergarten/creche and two schools nearby, as well as new-generation children’s playgrounds, a lime tree alley, and bike lanes.

The offer holds through July 31, 2019.
