Ural Vagon Zavod Holds Innovative Idea Contest

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, January 23, 2017. Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation is holding Innovative Idea Contest for the first time this year, the company press service reports.
Eligible to compete are workers who come up with a proposal that is innovative in technical, technological, process, or organizational terms. The first prize amounts to 300,000 RUR.
‘The goal is to stimulate and support our employees’ innovative activity in order to get new, greatly improved products and production technologies; to improve working conditions and management system; to make the company more competitive on the market; and to find new business and production approaches that can be introduced quickly and flexibly. The panel of judges comprises Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation’s Director-General Oleg Sienko, his first deputy Yuri Bodyaev, and other deputies,’ the press service says.
The contest will be held on January 19-July 14, 2017. The awarding ceremony will take place in Moscow.
