Sinara Development Sells Homes in Volgograd

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 12, 2016. Sinara Development is about to complete yet another apartment building in Volgograd’s Novy Svet District, with commissioning scheduled for December. There is a 5% discount on all new homes till October 31, Sinara Group’s PR Center reports.
‘The new sixteen-storey building has comfortable elevators, improved entrances, a video surveillance room on the first floor, high ceilings, and panorama windows in the lofts. The hallways are all complete in bright colors and unique patterns, which adds to the comfortable living standards of Novy Svet,’ the Center says.
The apartments available for purchase already have all the engineering infrastructure and surfaces smoothed for painting.
