Sinara-Development: Novy Svet District in Voronezh Built ahead of Schedule

November 17, 2012. OAO Sinara-Development is currently putting up Novy Svet, a new district in Volgograd, well ahead of schedule. By now, the frames of 50% of the buildings are already at the 4th floor level, and the internal and external walls are being built on the first floors, Sinara Group’s PR Center reports.
‘This construction tempo leads us to predict that the four new five-storey apartment buildings in Novy Svet will be commissioned before the target date (the fourth quarter of 2013),’ says the developer company’s Director-General Timur Ufimtsev.
Novy Svet District, which is located around VolGAU, will offer new homes to 2,500 families and will partially meet the Volgograd residents’ need for economy class housing in 2013.
What is more, Sinara-Development will allocate 270m RUR to create the engineering communications network in the district.
It was announced that the price of one sq m of housing in the district comes to 36,000 RUR on average, while the average price on the new homes market in Volgograd’s Sovetsky District comes to 40,000 RUR per sq m.
