SverdNIIkhimmash to Make O&G Equipment

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 9, 2016. Rosatom Corporation’s SverdNIIkhimmash won a tender for the delivery of an evaporation unit for SIBUR Holding’s Zapsibneftehim, the company press service reports.
Some ten different companies competed in the tender, offering, among others, European and American evaporation units. Still, SverdNIIkhimmash’s product was chosen as the best combination of given performance parameters and overall lifecycle-long cost. The unit will be used at a petroleum-processing plant in Tobolsk (currently under construction) starting from early 2018.
‘Getting this order is a major victory for SverdNIIkhimmash, in terms of both the deal’s worth and in terms of future references for customers in the oil and gas industry. This is a breakthrough in establishing this company as an evaporation plant supplier. Given the contract’s strict terms, the entire organization will have to work hard,’ says SverdNIIkhimmash Director-General Rauil Karimov.
