Vitaly Rubel Appointed TMK Neftegazservis DG

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 17, 2016. Vitaly Rubel, TMK Neftegazservis former Executive Director, was recently appointed the company’s Director-General. The enterprise operates as part of Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK).
According to TMK press service, Neftegazservis’s former head Sergei Bilan went on to become the Managing Director at TMK’s Taganrog Metallurgical Plant.
Rubel graduated from I.I. Polzunov Altai State Polytechnic as a qualified engineer with a degree in Welding Equipment & Technology. Prior to this recent appointment, he worked at managerial positions in Orenburgneft and TMK NGS Buzuluk.
TMK Neftegazservis is a managing company for TMK’s member enterprises based in Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, and Orenburg Regions. The enterprises manufacture and repair compression pipes and casings, including pipes with TMK UP premium threaded joints.
