Sverdlovsk Region: Private Co-Operative Building Market Shrinks 12.7%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 28, 2016. 5,500 new participatory share construction contracts were signed in Sverdlovsk Region in the first half of the year, Rosregister’s local division reports.
Additionally, 6,200 real estate purchase and sale agreements were registered over these six months, which exceeds the figures for a year earlier by 12.7%.
The number of mortgage contracts signed in this period rose by 4% against one year earlier.
