UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 22, 2016. A new website rio.uvz.ru was launched with Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation’s support fifteen days before the opening of the 21st Olympic Games in Brazil, the company press service reports.

The website is dedicated to Sputnik Hockey Club’s sports players, Sverdlovsk Region Cycling & Mountain Bike Federation’s cyclists, and Armada Paralympic Team’s sports men and women competing as part of the Russian national team. Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation acts as the general sponsor for all the three organizations.

‘The website features information about our renowned sportsmen and women, including the swimmer Daria Ustinova, the athletes Artem Denmukhametov and Alena Mamina, and the cyclists Artur Yershov, Alexei Tsatevitch and Pavel Kochetkov. Web users can learn about their bios and sports achievements, look at photos, and read about the latest events. There is also a special section with a competitions schedule to keep track of Ural Vagon Zavod’s sports players’ performances at the Olympics. Besides, every visitor to the site can support our national team by posting their encouragements and good wishes online,’ the press service says.

Armada’s cyclists Alexei Obydennov, Sergei Ustinov, Svetlana Moshkovitch, and Arslan Gilmutdinov are going to represent Russia at the 15th Paralympics in September 2016.
