KULZ Team Wins in Trade Union Sports Contest

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 11, 2016. The team of Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation’s Kamensk-Uralsky Foundry Plant (KULZ) won in a sport tourism contest coordinated by Sverdlovsk Region Aviation Industry Trade Union, the company press service reports.
This year, the competitions were held at the confluence of the River Iset and the River Kamyshenka near Kamensk-Uralsky and were organized by KULZ trade union.
The KULZ team competed against Yekaterinburg-based teams from Kalinin Machine-Building Plant, Ural Instrument-Making Plant, and Start Scientific & Production Enterprise.
The contestants had to climb up and down a mountain using ropes, cross the river on a log, operate a double canoe both up- and downstream, and complete other challenging tasks.
