‘The inspectorate’s analysis was based on the following basic criteria: getting the apartment buildings commissioned on time; complying with the government regulations on contracts with private customers and the use of these customers’ funds for participatory share lending projects; directing the said funds to construction purposes only; complying with all the other legal requirements; complying with the local construction surveillance service’s requirements; and the developer’s financial stability. It was on the basis of these factors that the inspectorate pronounced Sinara Development a proven reliable developer,’ the press service says.

The company is currently working on its Novi Svet Project in Volgograd: a residential area that has everything for a modern, comfortable life, including shops, pharmacies, children’s and sports playgrounds, and a kindergarten for 135 children. The buildings (total area around 80,000 m2 and over 2,500 apartments) are to be commissioned in early 2017.
