September 12, 2014. Sinara Development (a member enterprise of Sinara Group) announced it starts selling apartments in Bukatin Lug, a new residential area in Krasnoslobodsk, a satellite town of Volgograd.

Sinara Group’s press service reports the project is actually a public-private partnership that is supported by Volgograd Region Government and the Housing Development Fund.

The construction permit was issued to developer on August 11, 2014. All the building jobs are being completed in strict accordance with the schedule, and by now, the ground work for six apartment buildings has been done. The first section of the district will comprise three-storey apartment buildings with the area of 43,000 sq m; this is to be commissioned by 2017.

Bukatin Lug is a low-rise residential area that is unique to Volgograd Region and meets all the comfort requirements of a modern family. The district’s location in Volgograd’s satellite town means that the downtown can be reached easily and comfortably. It is only 15 km to the center of Volgograd and 5 km to the center of Krasnoslobodsk. In 2015, the construction of a 4.5-kilometer highway will begin that will connect Bukatin Lug to the new bridge across the Volga, which will ensure even greater ease of travel.

Bukatin Lug is the place for those who work in the city yet prefer to live in the modern, comfortable suburbia. The new apartment buildings are situated in an environmentally attractive area, next to a forest and a sandy beach of the Volga. The place has all the necessary social infrastructure facilities for a comfortable life: a school, some kindergartens, shopping malls, service companies, recreation areas, parks, and children’s and sports playgrounds.
