UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 8, 2015. RZhD International and Sinara Transport Machines signed a memorandum of cooperation at Strategic Partnership 1520, the 10th International Railway Business Forum.

According to Sinara Group’s press service, the paper was signed by RZhD International Director-General Sergey Pavlov and Sinara Transport Machines Director-General Evgeniy Gritsenko.

The memorandum sets out the primary fields of cooperation between the two parties, the ways in which their infrastructure projects will be implemented abroad, and procedures for exporting their railway machine-building produce.

According to STM’s Evgeniy Gritsenko, the group’s member enterprises have successfully delivered railway vehicles (locomotives and track machines) to the CIS, Eastern Europe, the Far and the Middle East, and Latin America.

‘The new document will mean STM will be able to expand both the geography and the scale of its exports, while its customers will be offered multi-facet solutions for their transport and production needs,’ he said.
