February 27, 2015. Prices keep going up slightly, albeit slowly, on Yekaterinburg housing market: they only rose by 0.6% compared with the start of the year, with the average asking price coming to 76,685 RUR per m2, Ural Chamber of Real Estate’s press service reports.
In February, the supply resumed growing on Yekaterinburg existing homes market: there are currently 8,100 apartments and 1,200 rooms in communal apartments in the Chamber’s database.
Unlike now, the number of apartments the Chamber advertised as available for purchase kept going down quickly since November and shrank from 10,100 to 7,850 (or by 22%).
