January 14, 2015. Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ, a member enterprise of ChTPZ Group) was declared Appealing Employer 2014 by SuperJob.ru, a recruitment web service. The plant was nominated based on the results of an annual research focused on businesses’ recruitment activity, pay rates, and the candidates’ interest in the job, the enterprise’s press service reports.
‘People are the main driving force behind the quest for perfection: this is how the Group’s White Metallurgy principle goes, which is why we make efforts to retain staff, pay their wages with no delays, and offer them benefits packages and professional development opportunities. We are logical and consistent in pursuing our White Metallurgy corporate culture that is based on values such as health, reliability, creation, and involvement and that creates the company’s unique working environment,’ says ChTPZ Group’s Personnel Director Svetlana Kuzminykh.
According to SuperJob.ru’s management, the honorable title of Appealing Employer was granted, quite reasonably, to a stably performing company with a great degree of corporate social responsibility. Throughout last year, candidates had to compete for PNTZ vacancies, which meant the company was able to hire the best skilled workers on the market.
