Uralvagonzavod head plant completes company clinic in Nizhniy Tagil

September 24, 2014. The construction of a new polyclinic for Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s head plant has been completed in Dzerzhinsky District of Nizhniy Tagil. Builders are now busy with the interior finishing jobs and assembly of engineering networks, the corporation’s press service reports.

‘The roof of the building is 100% complete, the walls are 90% insulated. The façade of the building is now being coated and will then be painted into company colors. The window panes are already in place, the only double glazing left is that of the stained glass windows facing a shopping mall. Inside, ventilation, water supply, sewage, electric grid, and heat supply networks are being set up. The heat is actually already being supplied to the site,’ the press service says.

The building jobs are in progress from 8 AM to 10 PM. Once all the decisions on the interior design have been agreed upon, the work will go on 24/7. A number of interior experts, who will work in two or three shifts, are expected to arrive.

Uralvagonzavod’s medical unit is meant for in-patient and out-patient treatment, medical advice and diagnostics of the corporation’s head plant’s employees and their family members. Scheduled and preventive checkups (up to 150 a year) will also be carried out.
