September 10, 2014. About 3,500 employees of ChTPZ Group and their family members benefited from the company’s Corporate Vacation program, the company’s press service reports.
‘ChTPZ Group operates its own social infrastructure facilities: Forest Fairy Tale and Pine Woods (vacation resorts), Elanchik and Gagarinsky (children’s camps), and Emerald (a sanatorium), which makes it possible to offer comfortable and affordable vacations to plant’s employees and their children as well as the former, long-service workers. Quite a few of the plant’s workers and their families prefer to spend their yearly vacations here,’ says ChTPZ Group BOD Chairman Alexander Fedorov.
Elanchik and Gagarinsky welcomed 1,300 children and grandchildren of Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant and Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant’s employees. The parents only had to pay 20% of the total cost of a three-week stay – some 4,000 RUR.
The company allocated over 16m RUR for the employees’ children’s summer holidays. Thanks to Pervouralsk New Plant’s special partnership with Pervouralsk Council, 135 children of the plant’s workers spent some time at the Urals’ health resorts, and over 60 children went to Gagarinsky Sports Camp free of charge; besides, the trade union subsidized 40 children’s trips to health resorts in the south of Russia.
