UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 23, 2015. ChTPZ Group directed over 25m RUR to cover costs of vacations for 3,200 of its employees working at Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant and Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant, the company press service reports.

Under the company’s Corporate Vacation Program, the Group covers part of the travel and accommodation costs for its workers and invests in summer recreation infrastructure development.

‘We always invest quite a bit in our summer camps and company health resorts. Running our own recreational infrastructure means we can offer our employees some affordable, comfortable, useful, and interesting time off work,’ says Chairman of the BOD Alexander Fedorov.

This summer, more than 1,200 children and grandchildren of the Group’s employees spent some time in Chelyabinsk Region- and Sverdlovsk Region-based summer camps. Their families only had to provide 20% of the full cost (no more than 4,200 RUR). Also, 1,500 workers and their families went to Lesnaya Skazka and Sosnovy Bor Resorts and only paid 800 RUR per person per night. Finally, hundreds of former and current employees and their families went to Izumrud Health Resort.
