Renaults assembled in Russia get insured against political and economic risks at Innoprom 2014

July 10, 2014. An agreement between Export Insurance Agency of Russia (EXIAR) and Renault Russia was signed at Innoprom 2014 today; Russian Industry & Trade Minister Denis Manturov was present at the ceremony, the Ministry's press service reports.
This document insures the car maker against political and economic risks that might emerge when selling cars assembled at Renault sites in Russia that get delivered to Kazakhstan and Byelorussia's markets.
'The agreement between EXIAR and Renault Russia aims to promote automobiles assembled in Russia on the CIS market. EXIAR was set up by the Russian Government within the structure of Foreign Trade Bank a few years ago in order to support Russian industrial produce and to promote them on foreign markets,' says Industry & Trade Minister Denis Manturov.
