Sinara Pipe Plant rounds up annual improvement proposals contest for 2013

July 4, 2014. Sinara Pipe Plant (a member enterprise of Pipe Metallurgical Company) summed up the results of the annual improvement proposals competition for 2013, Sinara Group’s PR Center reports.
294 people took part in the plant’s traditional contest, including 139 young blue- and white-collar workers. 154 improvement proposals were introduced into production cycle during the year, with the total savings amounting to more than 64m RUR.
Prize-winners were determined in the following categories: The Plant’s Best Improvement Proposal, The Best Improvement Proposal Author/Implementer, The Best Improvement Proposal. The winners were awarded with honorary certificates and money prizes; besides, entries relating to the company awards were made in the workers’ employment history files.
