VUZ-Bank's eLife system comes third in e-banking usability rating

June 6, 2014. The electronic banking system known as eLife underwent numerous upgrades and had new useful and convenient functions added to it over the last year. All this helped customers feel even more comfortable and confident when managing their cash flows remotely. Thanks to these developments, the system proved one of the top three in the e-banking usability rating that was created by Expert Rating Agency. In 2013, Life Group's eLife system was promoted in the rating and got the flattering 3d position, VUZ-Bank's press service says.
The e-banking systems were evaluated against three key criteria: external and pay functions, internal and service functions, and safety. New and useful functions were added to the system in each of these categories throughout the year, and the bank's customers are already using them.
Thanks to the payment schedule, for example, you can program automatic transactions that will take place on a monthly or a one-time basis if you set a specific date. The system helps you make payments using another bank's card, which expands eLife's potential immensely. Plus, you can order a credit card, a virtual card, or an additional card (and get it personalized in terms of outward appearance) without signing out of eLife; you can also get the cards that you already hold re-issued.
