Burevestnik's production output goes up 1.5 times in 2013

January 10, 2013. Burevestnik Scientific Research Institute that is based in Nizhniy Novgorod and is a member of Uralvagonzavod Corporation fulfilled the government defense order for 2013, the corporation's press service reports.
The company managed to improve all of its performance indicators over the year. For one, the company's production output went up by 1.5 times in 2013 compared with 2012 and reached 4.5bn RUR (including an 10% increase in the R&D sector, a 73% increase in the mass production sector, and a 59% increase in exports). Sales actually doubled and amounted to 4.3bn RUR (the sales volume was smaller than the production output because the delivery of 2C12 units was put off till 2014).
Besides, the output-per-employee rose by 20% in 2013 and exceeded 3m RUR; the median monthly pay rose by 16% and came to 40,500 RUR, and the median employee count increased by 25% and reached 1,460 people.
