EVRAZ KGOK BOD's authority might be terminated prematurely

December 13, 2013. The shareholders of EVRAZ Kachkanar Ore Mining & Processing Enterprise (EVRAZ KGOK) are going to consider terminating the authority of the company's BOD before the end of the term on February 21, 2014, the issuer's official statement goes.
