June 7, 2013. In 2013, ChTZ-Uraltrac (a member of Uralvagonzavod Scientific & Production Corporation) is planning to ship 1,360 vehicles to consumers, which is 10% more than last year, the plant’s DG Andrei Sentyabov said at the STT-2013 Exhibition in Moscow.
‘ChTZ-Uraltrac still has the largest share of the market in the 10-ton drawbar category segment. The companies that shape the Russian economy are still our long-time partners, these are: Gazprom enterprises, Russian Railways, UES, Alrosa, Norilsk Nickel, UMMC, Spetsstroy, as well as the Federal Security Service, the Department of Emergencies, and the Defense Ministry. We are currently fulfilling Surgutneftegaz, Rosneft, Tatneft, Bashneft, and Rosreserve’s contracts for the delivery of 70, 50, 30, 10, and 15 vehicles, respectively,’ the holding’s press service quotes Sentyabov as saying.
Sentyabov also spoke about the company’s new PK-55 loader which, thanks to the loading capacity increased from 4.6 tons to 5.5 tons, can now compete with its foreign and Russian counterparts in the same category.
