June 9, 2014. The stand run by ChTZ-Uraltrac (a member enterprise of Uralvagonzavod Corporation) was one of the most visited ones at the Construction Vehicles & Technologies 2014 Exhibition in Moscow on June 3-7.
According to the corporation's press service, consumers are traditionally most interested in tractors and Class 10 and Class 15 bulldozers as well as in the spare parts for the said vehicle types.
'Yet the museum rarity C-65, Russia's first diesel tractor that is presented in combination with a grader made in the 50s or the 60s, leaves no one unmoved as well,' the company says.
ChTZ stand was opened by the enterprise's Director-General Viktor Voropayev. The management of the plant and heads of its sales service negotiated with representatives of large companies and key customers: Surgutneftegaz, Tatneft, Rosneft, and Gazprom enterprises. ChTZ vehicles were examined by experts from Russia's Industry & Trade Ministry. The stand was also visited by President of SpetsAvtoProm Wheeled & Road Construction Vehicles Nikolai Artyukh and representatives of the Defense Ministry.
Viktor Voropayev also met with a number of dealer company representatives from the near abroad, including some dealers from Ukraine. He said the exhibition was quite productive.
