Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant presented its B11 bulldozer at the international building industry exhibition BUDPRAGRES 2012 in Byelorussia, Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s press service refers to Deputy Sales Center Director Alexander Sergeyev as saying.

Minsk’s largest road and construction vehicles exhibition that features a wide range of digging devices comprised 332 participants this year, including Byelorussian manufacturers as well as companies from the United States, South Korea, Great Britain, and Russia.

Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant presented this year’s predecessor, the B10-M bulldozer, in the former Soviet republic before. This new model is substantially different from the B10 one. The specific design in the way the shovel is fixed onto the bulldozer guarantee the vehicle a longer lifespan. The bulldozer also has hydromechanical transmission, which makes it easier to maneuver, and access to the most important nodes of the bulldozer at times of repairs has been made easier. The cabin is also more comfortable for the driver.

‘Our neighbors in the CIS know this brand very well and have more than just a favorable attitude to it. This model appeals to Byelorussian road workers, people in the communal housing services department, and mine deposits workers. Yet we also want to look at the potential of our new-generation vehicle, which was why we chose this particular exhibit this year. So far, our Byelorussian partners have bought 17 B11 units that are used in the building sector and for municipal maintenance purposes. These vehicles are usually used in a two-shift mode and therefore their per-hour usage is quite impressive,’ Sergeyev says.
