7 September 2012 (10:09)

Perm City Planning & Architecture Department granted RENOVA StroyGroup State Corporation a permission to build a new apartment block at 61 Kuibyshev St in Perm, RENOVA’s press service reports.

‘This is going to be a 16-storey comfort-class apartment building in downtown Perm, with all the social and utilities infrastructure already developed. Thanks to this attractive location, the new building will be very close to the city’s main landmarks and shopping centers and will provide all the comforts of living,’ says RENOVA-StroyGroup-Perm’s Director-General Stanislav Kiselev.

The new building at 61 Kuibyshev St will offer 135 apartments (75 studios, 30 one-bedroom ones, and 30 two-bedroom ones). Apartments will be offered for sale with wallpaper on the walls, some warm linoleum on the floor, and window panes on the balconies. The design of the building provides for a variety of sizes (ranging between 41 and 77 sq m).

Solid-cast technology and brick finish will be used for the building. The first floor will be given to offices, and a 21-spot parking lot will be built in the basement. The entrance will be located in Kuibyshev St.

There will also be a children’s playground, a sports ground, a utilities area, and parking spots for the visitors’ cars. The new building will also have all the facilities for people with disabilities.
