UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 25, 2016. Yet another apartment building at 9 Pavel Shamanov St was recently commissioned in Yekaterinburg’s Akademichesky District, RSG-Akademicheskoye’s press service reports.

The building is situated in the district’s first quarter along Pavel Shamanov St and consists of four 12- to 18-story sections and underground parking lots. There is a sports and a children’s playground in the yard and a kindergarten, a pedestrian area, and a workout spot next to the building. A children’s clinic, two schools, and a stadium are located across the street.

‘Because of its convenient location next to social infrastructure facilities, the new building is bound to be popular with newly married couples and families with children. There are studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments to choose from, so a suitable home can be found for families of all sizes,’ the press service says.

The apartment ceilings are placed at the height of 2.7m; two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms/lavatories, and there are four to five apartments per floor.

The apartments come with modern water, electric power, and heating meters that are all located in the floor halls. The meter data get transferred to the housing company automatically. The water and heating standpipes are all located in the floor halls as well, which results in more apartment space and better layouts. Also, the radiators are all fitted with temperature adjustment devices.
