Uraltrac to Take Part in IPLOСA Convention

5 September 2012 (10:06)

Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant Uraltrac, which joined the International Pipeline Contractors Association IPLOСA last year, will present its produce at the organization’s annual convention, Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s press service refers to the company’s Far Abroad Sales Directorate as saying.

The forum, to be attended by the world’s leading producers and contractors in this market segment, will take place in Istanbul in mid-September. The presentation by Chelyabinsk tractor manufacturers will let the potential customers take a closer look at the company’s potential. Companies from North and South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East with an earned reputation in the business community and large Russian organizations such as Surgutneftegaz, Tatneft, Stroygazconsulting, Stroygazmontazh, Podvodtrubstroy, and others will come to the presentation.

The presentation will focus on the plant’s pipe-layers TR-12 and TR-20 that are used for making the main pipelines offsets meant for transporting fossil fuels, and during the construction of infrastructure around the O&G deposits. The use of this machinery means some more powerful mechanisms could be put to more efficient use. What is more, the plant will present its family of front loaders PK-30, PK-46, and PK-65, a skid steer loader, medium drawing range bulldozers, and a powerful diesel-electric bulldozer DET-400.

The status of an IPLOCA member allows Uraltrac to negotiate on a par with the leading O&G corporations and agree on the terms of delivery. Meeting these companies’ first people during the 2012 convention will let the plant strengthen and expand its business ties and build up on its export activity.
