Ural Airlines Joins ROUTES CIS 2012

Ural Airlines took part in the opening of the international forum on air travel network development Routes 2012; the event took place in Yekaterinburg on Sunday, June 24. On the first day of the forum, a plenary discussion was held on entering the CIS markets and the barriers and obstacles on the way, the airline’s press service reports.
Ural Airlines was invited to join the discussion as one of the leaders on the CIS market with a large destinations network and many years’ experience in the field. Head of the International Flights Sales Department Marianna Galagura pointed out that the airline was working very successfully around the CIS: it currently offers flights to forty-seven destinations, while the number of passengers keeps growing every year.
All in all, about 230 delegates representing airports, airlines, and large tour operators from Russia, CIS, and the far abroad take part in Routes 2012.
The forum format provides for a number of individual meetings and talks between airports, air carriers, and tour operators. The forum is coordinated by the British Routes UBM Aviation that has seventeen years’ experience in organizing world-scale aviation forums.
