Court to Hear Eye Clinic’s Eviction Case on June 18

The court hearing regarding the eviction of Eye Microsurgery Yekaterinburg Center has been set for June 18, 2012.
The claim to this extent was placed with Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court by Russia’s Ministry for Healthcare & Social Development.
The ministry demands that a number of premises, namely, detached buildings A (total area 13,401.6 sq m), B (total area 347.4 sq m), and D (total area 322.5 sq m) at 4A Bardin St in Yekaterinburg (the land allotment has the total area of 3.29 hectares) be handed over to the eye microsurgery clinic run by the Ministry.
