Sverdlovsk Region Passes Taxation Bill

November 14, 2012. The deputies of Sverdlovsk Region Legislative Assembly adopted a draft bill on introducing a patent taxation system in the region in the first reading. The project is being developed due to some changes in the Russian Federation Tax Code that mean that on November 1, 2013, a special new taxation regime called the patent taxation system will come into effect.
