Russian Railways Public Company’s Board of Directors met in Moscow to confirm the introduction of OAO Second Freight Company in Sverdlovsk Region, the spokesperson for the region’s Governor reports. Alexander Misharin was actually invited by President of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin to take part in the meeting.
